A new update was submitted earlier today, look for it later next week.  Here are a few features:

-Full workout logging for every type of WOD – tabata, for time, distance, load, rounds, etc.

-CF RSS Feed reformatted and you’re able to log your WOD from the mainsite RSS feed

-Edit previously logged foods, workouts and weight entries

-Backend performance  updates & extensive testing of migration to be sure your data is safe

-Bug fixes- profile info. is stored correctly.
